    I am surprised. I expected Immanuel was pressuring Rozemyne entirely for personal gain, but it seems like he genuinely believes that getting Rozemyne into the temple is for the best of the country and will please the gods. Of course there is the selfish angle of raising the priesthood above the nobles, but at least part of his motives aren’t entirely selfish.
