I thought the “omega male” character was FtM trans.
It can definitely be read as a trans allegory sometimes, but ya, omegaverse has a reasonably complex set of lore associated with it. It originates from western fanfiction communities, particularly the Supernatural fandom, and was originally associated with werewolves, so there’s a lot of animalistic mating behavior in there.
