I was hoping we’d get a bit of info on Sasakura’s deal this episode, but the vibe is so comfy I can’t even complain.
The old pal was beautiful, like a sunset in a glass, and the bull shot looked so inviting as well. (I learned, though, that bull shots are supposed to be served cold? Why??)
I enjoyed this episode. I am glad that my iyashikei senses were tingling with this one because it continues to hit that tone this episode. I wonder if the whole season is going to be trying to recruit Sasakura to the hotel or if they will resolve that story partway through.
We got to see lots of drinks this week as he struggled to find the right one for the hotel owner. Turns out it was a throwback Old Pal that was the winning one this week (and the prettiest out of the bunch @rikka@ani.social):
I still want to know more about Sasakura’s story. The first episode had a bit of a teaser, but there is obviously more there. Looking forward to chilling out more with this show as the season goes.
