Not gonna lie they almost had me with Spider-Man 2.

And by almost I mean I would kinda think about getting an entire console for a second, but then immediately quash the idea.

Sony actively shooting themselves in the foot at every opportunity handed to them.

What is happening with companies? Why are they all racing to the bottom? And why is Nintendo leading that race by a long shot?

I think this has been there policy since the start. Why do you consider it shooing themselves in the foot?

That’s a terrible business strategy, but more over it’s so insanely stupid to just come out and admit it

It was fairly obvious, but at least now it’s spelled out. I for one can wait for the best version to release.

Any adult here saying they can wait, it’s true, you can. Your not the target demographic of console exclusives. It’s the young people feeling the social pressure of their friends talking about the hot new thing that will not have the patience, the game backlog, the healthy busy life to take priority, those are the people who will get a console to stay relevant with their friend group.

The big change is that sony is now saying, hey, we want the adult gaming money too, so once all the teenagers buy the bait, we will give it to you older gamers on steam.
