Probably the inevitable people lacking two brain-cells to rub together who either cannot identify sarcasm, or think that some topics are off-limits to joke about.
One of the many issues with spending too much time online is one’s brain starts to lose track of how to react to different things, because while we may be talking about very serious or very silly ideas from moment to moment, but the brain still processes the whole thing as “sitting in front of a screen using your own voice to read a thousand different thoughts a day.” And the brain will just start to package your behavior and thoughts in a way that blurs distinctions. You start to view all your interactions through a deeply biased lens your brain puts up to compartmentalize everything you read.
