I wasn’t able to access the instance for a few hours today and was wondering if it went down. Everything seems to be relatively fine now.

It was. It had to be restarted. Not sure what happened.
@supakaity is going to try and set some time aside today to upgrade our version though, and hopefully that will see some stability improvements
