We are officially past where I remember things in the manga at this point. I have also held off reading additional chapters until after the show is finished airing.
Naori is a reference machine. I am not even close to being familiar enough with Japanese literature and media to be able to follow half of what she is talking about. I didn’t remember that conversation she had with Rumi while watching a romcom, but bringing up fake orgasms I think is meant to signal that she knows that Rumi set her up with Jun. She mentioned how you are essentially lying, but for the benefit of your partner. No different really than Rumi/Jun lying about their feelings for each other for the benefit of Naori.
The end of the episode makes me think that Naori is going to call Jun out for his lingering feelings towards Rumi. I am not sure if she is going to end their relationship or decide that she will try harder to win Jun over instead. Things are about to get even more messy.
