You can tell by the candidate’s delivery how much input they have in writing, and how much they actually understand and believe what they’re reading. Trump just reads the words that show up, like he’s never seen them before, and then goes off on weird tangents. He’s like Bizarro Simon Whistler.

Every candidate reads stump speeches from a teleprompter. Every stump speech has some level of input from a speechwriter.
You can tell by the candidate’s delivery how much input they have in writing, and how much they actually understand and believe what they’re reading.
