Poor Cid. Why don’t these main characters realize that he doesn’t belong in this story. He is just the average background character that finds key murder evidence and tells the main characters important information. You know…a nobody.

I loved how he basically answered a ton of her questions and then immediately tried to leave.

This whole Jack the Ripper arc was crazy in a quintissentially Cid way in the LN, so I am looking forward to them ramping up the silliness in the manga even more.
