What other character do you see chasing their bud down until they can’t move any more in order to help them? This guy paid off Sasaki’s debt, gave him a job, a place to stay, and is helping him find a new hobby. All of that without even knowing that Sasaki only has 2 years left to live. Just give him the best boy award already.
I do hope that we see the debt collectors occasionally going forward. They were delightfully goofy. Maybe they can all fish together!
