Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles - Volume 1 to 2
I was catching up on my anime backlog when I got hooked by a cliff hanger. So I have picked up Seirei Gensouki.
It gives me a Death March vibe but without being as OP, an actual single villain instead of just demons and speed running.
I liked the series a lot in the early volumes but it felt like the author ran out of ideas later on.
Soup Forest: The Story of the Woman Who Speaks with Animals and the Former Mercenary Vol.2 - Just like last volumme I think it’s best to just quote a part of the afterword to describe the volume:
Soup Forest is a fairy tale for adults, to soothe their hearts. Please enjoy this story of humans and animals that unfolds on the edge of the forest, along with Muni’s beautiful illustrations.
Min-Maxing My TRPG Build in Another World: Volume 9 Canto II - The conclusion to this nail-biting arc. I like the group of antagonists they put in the MC’s path here. Though I have to say that the actual last fight was a bit of a letdown after all that build-up. Stil, a very good volume.
The Genius of Cloning in the Academy City - Web Novel chapter 1-62 - This week I have only read some web novels. This one is crazy on the tropes: Isekai, Game world, Villainess, SCP-like laboratory and more. Somehow the author menages to pull it off. Cleverly executed foreshadowing, immersive story that pulls me into that world and likeable MC really craft an enjoyable read.

How do people come up with stuff like this?
