This is Death Parade minus the banger op and gambling.
The first “mystery” fell a bit flat but I can already smell some heart wrenching moments on the horizon.
i thought about death parade too. and Kyokou Suiri because the protagonist will help solve the misteries in the hotel or be the main solving it instead of discover her own story
