I did eventually track down the raws and figured I could skate by on my knowledge of the source material, and that did mostly work for me. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s got a serious case of BL budget (no surprise), but it seemed like a pretty decent adaptation of the first two chapters. The biggest issue I have is the way that the petting animation suffers under the budget constraints, since the gentle way Shindo holds Tamagawa and pets his hair is a pretty big focus in the manga.

I think this is meant to be part of an advertising campaign for the manga and I hope it works, because it’s very sweet and the mangaka conveys the emotions extremely well.
