The truncated description showing up on several major sites probably didn’t help it any—I’d bet that a lot of people who might have been interested simply didn’t find it, and some of the people who did watch it weren’t looking for the genre it turned out to be.
The surprising thing for me, though, is that Ameku MD got onto the chart. I mean, it’s an okay series, but the mystery side of the plotting has been kind of weak so far. In a season where the premieres of the good shows were more evenly spread out, I think it would have gotten outcompeted.
