Here are the ones that I’m watching:

    • Beheneko - the associated manga is mostly fanservice, but the simple story pleases me. Knight dies in dungeon, reincarnates as a monster (a juvenile behemoth), gets confused with a cat and adopted by an elf adventurer. Ep1 was decent, might drop this off later.
    • Bogus skill «Fruitmaster» - sure, yet another “the useless skill is actually overpowered” series, but it sounds fun so why not?
    • Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of all Time? - I remember this one. I’ve read the manga a long, long time ago. Mostly fluff with a cute spider.
    • Salaryman ga Isekai […] - okay, I’m excited with this one. Protag is an isekai’d salaryman. He doesn’t get any cheat skill, he’s still just a weak human, but the demon lord summons him to work as one of the four generals (shitennou) of the demon army because of his competence in Earth.

    Planning to watch:

    • I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin […]
    • Unnamed Memory s2 - I picked the first season up on a whim and loved it, a nice sugary romance.
    • Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata
    • Dr. Stone - Science Future - fuck yeah Dr. Stone!
    • The Daily Life of the Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World
    • Even Given the Worthless «Appraiser» Class, I’m actually the Strongest
    • I May be a Guild Receptionist […]
    • I Left my A-Rank Party […]

I also picked Mononoke up to watch. It’s a old series but I’ll watch as if it was part of this season. You know, for rainy days and stuff.

    Happy New Year, everyone!

  • IMO the story of the two sisters is the best - the greedy hiding a universal human desire to be seen, the situation in Earth becoming shitty even if they genuinely cared about each other, simply because they did not see what the other was going through.

They also picked a rather fitting ability for the onee-san: since she felt like her youth was stolen, she is able to steal the youth of the others.

Sensei calling Wolff a playboy and telling him to shut up was also funny.

  • Oh, we’re moving into the Sweaty Feet Arc! Because, you know, fungal infections in isekai are serious business!

Okay. Serious now. I get that the author wanted to make Dahlia’s tools something mundane and relatable. Still fun to watch, and I’m glad that I picked this series up.

The episode also shows Wolf’s relationship with his older “girlfriend”; it’s clear that she isn’t romantically interested on him or vice versa, but they seem close enough. More like friends pretending to be a couple for the convenience of both. I think that “Vee” is Wolf’s mother? The fact that his pseudo-girlfriend has a portrait of her shows that they were likely close friends. (She’s nice-looking, refined, by the way. But Dahlia is still cuter.)
