I kind of agree. As much as I like to see romance series that continue on past the romance becoming official, I think this isn’t likely to be one of those. Neither of these two have any kind of plans for after high school, and they have kind of checked all the typical romcom hurdles to overcome.
No high school romance ever goes past the romance becoming official, save for Kaoru Hana wa Rin to saku, which I think has a bit of story to go. I’m thinking that one should end around 150 to 175 chapters in.
