I should take tags more seriously.
Didn’t know about this one and binged it. Wasn’t expecting all of this.
Yeah - sorry about that.
I was sort of iffy about posting it in the first place, but I think it’s remarkable and I wanted to share it and hopefully discuss it. Then I thought to post some trigger warnings, but they’d also be spoilers. Then I thought to write a synopsis that included some broad warnings, but had no idea how to synopsize this. So I just let it go and figured I’d see how it worked out.
I have no idea where this is going. Even with as bounds-pushing as it’s been, I really did not expect this latest development. When they walked in and he commented on the smell, that was an obvious flag, and I recognized it and jumped to the intended conclusion, then immediately backtracked - it seems impossible that that’s the choice the author would make. But then they did.
But of course, in this setting, the situation is not necessarily final. Maybe. Supposedly.
So… I have no idea where it’s going, but I’m curious to see.
No worries, it’s not your fault. I simply ignored Mangadex tags and went straight through. The gore tag (and what happens within the first chapters) should have been enough already but I soldiered on and got surprised.
I’ll still follow the series; I just didn’t expect it to take a “PunPun” turn.
