These two are great. I have been really enjoying this series. I used to sleep in class a lot as well, even in grad school, so I relate to Nekozane in that respect.
It’s a good sign that Volume 1 sold well and it got some dedicated color pages. I might have had to throw hands if this was suddenly axed.
Nekozane’s an appealing character, and the manga has cats in it, which is always a plus for me, but the thing I really like about this one is that we’ve gotten POV from both of them. In many (most?) awkward romances, the readers get the POV of one of the characters, but we, like them, are left wondering how the other one actually feels and stuck having to try to analyze it. But in this one, we get direct insight into how each of them feels, which means we can then just sit back and watch it unfold, and from both directions.
