I think there have been enough signs now to say that they are laying the groundwork for the eventual end of the series. It might be a ways off yet, but the axe has been raised.
I will be sad to see this one go, but it has been going for a long time at this point and I don’t blame the author for wanting to try something new. I still have a lot of Ika Musume to catch up on.
