The layers to this show keep piling up. First we have a wizard from a different world as a pet. Second, we can travel to and from that world to make money. Third, there are also psychics in our original world that have supernatural powers. Fourth, we also have magical girls in our world and the one in Japan is looking to kill psychics. I honestly have no idea what is going to happen next. Maybe some kaiju will show up or some mecha? Who knows?
It was nice to get a real world focused episode after the previous episode was all fantasy world. I am putting all my metaphorical chips on his neighbor being the magical girl. I mean, she is the one on the poster with Sasaki. All the other characters are literally side characters compared to those two.
I guess the cat is out of the bag to the other psychics that Sasaki can do more than just create ice. Though, there is some ambiguity there as to whether Hoshizaki cared or will remember after waking up. Also, what did she do with the water and the delinquents? Did she drown them to keep them quiet or just some kind of water bending tranquilizer? That whole sequence in the park was just one crazy thing after another. RIP plane pilots and passengers by the way. They are just dead now.
I was sad not to see much Peeps this episode. Hope we get more of him in the coming episodes. His name is half of the title after all.

Yeah, that was a weird strategy. Did she want to set up a situation in which he manifested his powers? But, then what? I am not sure she thought through the plan after that. Maybe she should let Sasaki take the lead on the next mission.
