A conservative group that claimed to uncover a ballot stuffing scheme in Georgia has told a judge it has no evidence to back up its allegations.

What I love, though, is that they think they can waltz into a courtroom and say, “judge, we don’t have evidence to back this up…” and get away with it.

It’s because they know that whatever punishment the Court hands down, they can just go to the media and lie about being unjustly targeted because of their Conservative views, and fundraise off of it.

Any punishment that the Court hands down is not punitive if there’s a ROI.

Until they use it as ‘evidence’ of being persecuted for their values, getting exposure in the right wing media circus along with the sweet pile of fundraising loot.

Both of which fund the next lunatic MAGA candidate or group.

For the people that dude is talking about that’d be a big issue. They don’t want to win, winning means they lose a part of the grift and have to contend with new responsibilities.
