The one thing that has been consistently great this whole season has been the OST.

Idk, I wouldn’t call it great personally. There are good tracks, but the main theme is such a big miss for me. I cannot take it seriously. Both when it’s used in a fight and when that harmonica version is used in the more serious moments. Either it feels like it doesn’t fit, or it almost feels like a parody of a hyped anime theme. Idk why. I’ve never felt this way about a main theme before. Most of the time I love it or think it’s fine, but rarely do I actively dislike it.

the final battle ends only for a whole new antagonist to appear, a story that is left up to the imagination of the viewer.

Right? I saw it and was like ‘are they trying to setup a sequel?’ Quite ballsy for this anime.
