the other gods come to visit him on the demiplane. After sparring with them, they tell him to continue training and resume the archery practice to grow his mana pool, in anticipation of a future showdown with the Goddess.
I had also forgotten about Sophia being charmed. I like the way it is done. Like, she is strong enough to resist the complete control that Tomoki exerts over weaker people he charms, but the charm still has some effect. It is more like a subtle way to improve Sophia’s impression of Tomoki rather than make her worship the ground he walks on.
